I’ve been running significantly more than usual lately, and it has definitely taken a toll on my body. Mary was incredible, she knew exactly where my pain was stemming from and worked it out perfectly. I walked out feeling more relaxed and in much less pain. I have been seeing Mary over the years but only sporadically. I see a Chiropractor as well and she couldn't get my body to adjust as I was so tight. However, I don't have a massage therapist that can do a really good Ashiatsu. Then I remembered Mary does them but I have never had one with her. I received a 2 hour massage Ashiatsu and a little Thai and I was amazed how she was able to crack my entire back, neck and shoulders. Went to see my Chiro just after my massage and my chiro was able to adjust my entire body. I just scheduled another session with Mary later in March. Thank you Mary for an amazing massage.
